Building by Architecture, on behalf of a private applicant, has submitted an application to Hull City Council for a new-build commercial development on the site of One Stop Golf in National Avenue.

Planning permission is sought for a new building measuring about 7,000 sq ft over two storeys.

The applicant has been approached to develop a purpose-built medical facility for a Hull company specialising in sports injuries.

The ground floor will be used as a sports injury rehabilitation centre with office space on the first floor to be used by the applicant.
