Former bank and office block redeveloped to create a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.
Thirty new apartments have been made available in new £6m city centre development in Hull.
King William House, a former bank and office block, has been redeveloped to create a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.
The residential accommodation forms part of a wider development that will also include new restaurants and shops on the ground floor when fully complete.
The apartments are being let by Hull-based Garness Jones Residential and Maltings Property Management and Link Agency, with Garness Jones also appointed to manage the residential element of the building, including maintenance, rent collection and regulatory issues.
Matt Johnson, residential lettings manager at Garness Jones Residential, said: "We have already seen high interest in these apartments within days of releasing them to the rental market."
