In November 2023, a fifth and final building as part of the @thedock Tech campus, where C4DI is based, opened as the tenth anniversary of C4DI was marked.
The fifth @TheDock building comprises 11,000 sq ft of office space and provides a fitting final piece of the jigsaw.
Its net zero credentials are also a source of pride, including a living rooftop, solar panels, EV charging and an A+ EPC rating.
C4DI was part of a major regeneration scheme in Hull’s Fruit Market, situated next to the historic Central Dry Dock, as well as the offices of international firms Arco and Saab.
Other corporate members, partners and supporters include Boots, Nestle, Siemens, KCOM, MKM, Sewell Group and University of Hull.”
