MDG Architects submits application to Hull City Council for a site on Citadel Trading Park.

Plans have been lodged for a new BMW MINI dealership on a site in Hull to replace and expand an existing showroom to help future proof the business.

MDG Architects, on behalf of Stratstone, has submitted an application to Hull City Council for a site on Citadel Trading Park.

The site is currently occupied by existing BMW and MINI showrooms, together with a light industrial building recently acquired by Stratstone.

Planning permission is sought for the demolition of the existing buildings on the site and construction of a new combined showroom facility for the brands.
