DHL joins big names including Warburtons, TNT and Timloc at the business park near Goole.

Parcel specialist DHL has officially opened its new distribution depot at a thriving East Yorkshire business park.

Construction of the 36,408sq.ft. warehouse at the Ozone Business Park in Howden was completed by Hull business Hobson and Porter.

DHL joins big names including Warburtons, TNT and Timloc at the business park, near Goole, and took the last available plot on the site.

The Ozone Business Park has been developed by commercial developer Horncastle Group.

Ian Hodges, managing director of the Horncastle Group, said: “When we set out to develop Ozone Business Park we knew the location would make it very attractive to national logistics companies because of its close proximity to the M62, the M18 and the M1. The motorway network makes it easy to get anywhere in the UK from Howden.
