Luxury car brand Porsche has been given the go-ahead for a new 22 car showroom near Hull that will create 40 jobs.
The Porsche Centre, in Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle, will occupy a 38,578 sq ft space and feature a specification lounge, hospitality area and 14 workshop bays.
Local construction specialists PDR Construction has secured the contract for the centre, which will be the first Porsche showroom for family-owned motor company Listers Group.
Development is due to be completed on the centre by the end of the year, creating 40 new jobs in administration and sales.
