Phase A of project will see 71 homes built in Wawne Road in Kingswood, Hull.

Developer Strata Homes and Hull City Council’s building control team have completed 30 houses so far.

A house-building project which will see more than 150 homes built in Hull is on target as another new home is completed.

The project’s first phase will see 71 homes built in Wawne Road in Kingswood, Hull.

Developer Strata Homes, in partnership with Hull City Council’s building control team, has already completed 30 houses – six of which are social housing – in phase A of the project, leaving 41 houses to complete.

Work at the site, which began in November 2017, is due to finish October.

The second phase will include 92 more homes and is expected to start in May.
