The Youth Enterprise team from Making Changes for Careers will be visiting various community settings across Hull and East Riding offering advice to young people aged 16-29 who are thinking of starting their own business.
Members of the team will be at eight sites across the city and East Riding on a weekly basis from Monday 17 June for an indefinite period.
Youth enterprise advisors and a champion will be on hand to offer advice and answer questions and queries at each event to engage with young entrepreneurs.
Individuals will also be directed to helpful websites, links and sources of information.
All the dates and times are as follows:
- Amanda Brockwell and Phoebe Taylor at Haltemprice Leisure Centre, Springfield Way, Anlaby, HU10 6QJ on Monday afternoons 1-4pm.
- Rebecca McCoid and Daniel Barker at The Pennine, Pennine Way, Bransholme, HU7 5EF on Tuesday mornings 9-11am.
- Amanda Brockwell and Alex Costin at Lonsdale Community Centre, 8 Lonsdale Street, HU3 6PA on Tuesdays 11am-1pm.
- Phoebe Taylor and Paul Smith at Gipsyville Library, 728-730 Hessle Road, HU4 6JA on Wednesday mornings 10:30am-12:30pm.
- Rebecca McCoid and Charlene Porteous at Freedom Centre, Preston Road, HU9 3QB on Thursdays 11am-1pm.
- Daniel Barker and Alex Costin at Chance Avenue Library, 76 Chanterlands Avenue, HU5 3TS on Thursday afternoons 2-4pm
- Rebecca McCoid and Phoebe Taylor will be attending Western Library, 254 Boulevard, HU3 3ED on Thursday afternoons 2-4pm.
- Amanda Brockwell will be attending Trinity Market, Trinity House Lane, HU1 1RS on Fridays 11:30am-1:30pm.
