The £200m Yorkshire Energy Park is a next generation energy and technology business park that will stimulate regional economic growth, create over 4000 jobs and support the Humber to achieve its net zero ambitions.
A flagship development strategically located as a Hull East Freeport Tax Site, at the heart of the UK’s Energy Estuary, the business park will provide low-cost energy for its occupiers, alongside data resilience and superfast broadband.
With an on-site educational campus, the park will enable skills development in key industries and has already attracted significant interest from environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investors and occupiers, nationally and internationally.
