Mytongate

Mytongate is located in a prime gateway location to the city centre. The striking £36 million Bonus Arena, a 3,500-capacity live performance and conferencing venue, was finished in 2018 as part of a positive transformation of the immediate area, which also includes an impressive landscaped setting and there are ample opportunities for further development. Nearby multi-storey car parks provide space for future operators, and will include the relocation and reuse of the Grade 2 listed buildings including the former Earl de Grey pub and Castle Street Chambers offices. A planned Highways England’s £11.5 million cycle and pedestrian bridge over the A63 better connect the site with the Marina and the rejuvenated Fruit Market.
