Craven Park redevelopment is part of ambitious plans for Hull Kingston Rovers to create a sports village, retail provision and more in east Hull. Planning was approved by Hull City Council in early 2026 and features new club facilities, indoor sports courts, retail and business units. Retailers Home Bargains and Aldi have already committed to the site, with scope for further investment and hospitality opportunities to help fulfil the redevelopment's potential.
