The site is currently vacant but was once used for warehousing associated with the commercial use of the River Hull. A residential block is envisaged for the site given the surrounding street pattern and the proximity of the A63 Myton Bridge. The site forms a key entry point to the city’s Old Town and is highly visible from the A63 Myton Bridge.
